Sitting in the desert, what they call home, a small little creature named Swab finds themself receiving a strange invitation to a giant spire mysteriously named after him... will he survive the massive contents of what is called "The Swab"?

What this game is about

Swab's Expedition is a half-joke half-serious Pizza Tower fangame themed around, somewhat, well, adventuring. You play as Swab, a strange little cotton dude that carries a backpack along with them at all times, staying prepared for wherever they might want to skedaddle over to. As you progress through the Swab, new challenges and levels will unlock. The game's gameplay will be similar to Pizza Tower's with some slight modifications to move sets and how everything works, but it'll be aligned just right with your favorite cheesy, slimy and most importantly greasy game. Most importantly, some things, like grabbing, will be replaced to mix up the game's style a little. Swab will even have Pizza Tower's SCRAPPED KUNG FU move in replacement of his grab at full release! ...Because... they don't... have arms.

What the current state is

The game is in an in-between state of prototype and early alpha as of August 5th. Improvements are being made, sprites are being drawn, music is being composed, etc.

What this game will have

The game will be very reminiscent of of Pizza Tower, featuring secrets, Secret Treasures, lapping, enemies, and combos.

And hey, due to the people's demand, infinite laps will be added too. Side attacks are a maybe, and anything else (like the faceplant/tumble move) will only even get a response if they're put under heavy consideration.

A: swab as a character is entirely public so do whatever you want with them. if you put them in your mod, however, please do credit properly.

Q: ...Can I use Swab's Expedition MUSIC in my mod?

A: That depends, but any track made by Voidy and Vinnie (mindscape, you'll never be back, turtle shell, the secret of swabs backpack, raveway, etc) are free to use. otherwise, ask Peater in the discord server since they're the only other musicians. to check who made what track every track should be posted respectively on the composer's youtube channel.
